Director General's Office Procurement Management Unit
  1. Prepare Annual Procurement Plan and its implementation strategy for the Authority and align it with the Authority`s Annual Action Plan and Budget;
  2. Provide Technical Guidance in various Procurement areas to the Authority;
  3. Serve as Secretariat to the TCRA Tender Board;
  4. Prepare Tender Documents and coordinate preparations of contracts for various tenders awarded;
  5. Coordinate supervision of various contracts implementation;
  6. Liaise with Procurement Regulatory Authorities and other Government Organs dealing with Procurement issues;
  7. Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Reports on Implementation of the Annual Procurement Plan
  8. Maintain an archive of records of the procurement and disposal processes.
