The National Frequency Allocation Plan (NFAP) details how the various frequency bands are used in the United Republic of Tanzania and provides a framework within which frequency assignments are to be made for all radio services in the country. The NFAP may be amended consequent to changes in the Regulator’s licensing decisions, or in accordance with changes in the Radio Regulations made by the World Radiocommunication Conferences (WRC) of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and how they affect allocation, or following any other national decisions on frequency spectrum.
